Villa Višnja is located in the small coastal town of Živogošće - Blato, 20 km from Makarska and 80 kn from Split. It is a newly built building (year 2023). The property is located only 80m from the pebble beach Vrhunac, 120m from the sandy beaches Blato and Dole and 1200m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic, the sandy beach Velika Duba. For a complete atmosphere, the restaurant "Leut", Bech Bar "Vagabundo", "Masline Bar" and a local shop are available. "Plodine" shopping center - Zaostrog is 10 km from Zaostrog. Those who like an active holiday can enjoy a promenade along the sea, through the pine forest towards Velika and Malo Duba to Živogošća-Porat and beyond, a climb to Biokovo, walk through the Biokovo Nature Park and visit to the Franciscan Monastery in Zaostrog (10km)

The Villa Višnja facility has several first-class apartments. All apartments are fully air-conditioned, have WiFi and are connected to a satellite dish. There is an elevator in the building. Directly next to the building, a free parking space is provided for each apartment.

Remark

The time of arrival (check-in) is from 15:00 to 20:00, and the time of departure (check-out) is until 10:00. Tourist tax is included in the price. The minimum reservation is from 3 to 5 days. The reservation is confirmed by the payment of an advance payment in the amount of 20%. via internet banking You can pay the remaining amount before or when you arrive, exclusively in cash.  In case of late arrival or early departure, all reserved days are charged at the normal price. In case of cancellation at least 30 days before arrival, the advance payment will be returned. Otherwise, the advance payment is retained. We recommend that guests take out a travel insurance policy.

Upon arrival to the apartment, a security deposit of 100 euros is paid, which is returned on the day of departure if there was no damage.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
