The "EMA" apartment is located on the third floor of the Villa Višnja building, is fully equipped, has a modern design, and is 51m² in size. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people, a family with one or two children, or three adults. The living room and kitchen are organized as an open concept, making the environment spacious, bright and pleasant to stay in. The living room has a sofa bed (dim. 150x200cm), a sofa bed (dim. 80x200cm), a coffee table, wardrobes, a 55" flat-screen TV and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic hob, a built-in oven, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle and all the dishes necessary for a complete stay. The bedroom has a double bed (dimensions 160x200cm), a 45" flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The living room and bedroom have direct access to the terrace, which offers a direct view of the sea, the Pelješac peninsula and the island of Hvar, and the Biokovo Nature Park. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing machine, hairdryer and everything else that makes a modern bathroom.
